Why latex
We did not pick latex because it sounds expensive.
We picked it because when researchers compare pillow materials, latex is the one that keeps coming out well. Here is what those studies actually found, in plain English.
In a trial where 106 side sleepers rotated through five different pillow types, the latex pillow came out best for waking neck pain, sleep quality and comfort. Feather pillows came out worst, and a contoured foam pillow was no better than an ordinary one.

This is a low-profile pillow. That is the right answer for a lot of people and the wrong answer for some, so here are the numbers before you decide.

Which side am I meant to sleep on?
The taller lobe is for sleeping on your side, because your shoulder lifts your head further off the mattress. The lower lobe is for sleeping on your back. Turn the pillow over to swap between them. The dip in the middle is where your neck sits either way.
Try one side for a few nights before you judge it, then try the other.
Will it feel strange at first?
Probably, for the first few nights. Any change in pillow height changes the angle your neck has rested at for years, and that takes a little getting used to. Most people settle within a week or two.
That is exactly why you get 30 nights rather than a weekend.
How do I clean it?
The cover unzips and comes off — follow the care label on it. One customer suggests washing the cover once before you first use it.
The latex core itself should never go in a washing machine. Air it out instead. You can also put your own pillowcase over the whole thing; it fits a standard pillowcase.
I am allergic to latex.
Then this is not the pillow for you. The core is natural latex, and we are not going to talk you into it.

One is plenty if it is just for you. Two is worth it if your partner sleeps beside you and has the same complaint, or if you want a matching pair on the bed. Two together works out at $54.99 each instead of $72.99.
Excellent pillow. It's a perfect trade-off between firmness and support and comfort. Could be natural latex? If it isn't, it's still an excellent material. Very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The washing label says only professional dry cleaning. There is a removable protective cover though.

A nice pillow, very comfortable. How long it will retain the firmness or shape - only time will tell. A note for the seller to choose the shipping partner carefully, as the item very nearly did not get to me: do not use yodel!
The neck height is appropriate and the soft elasticity is okay. It's a cost-effective pillow. The product has almost no smell, but airing it out for a few days makes it good to use.
Although not thick, I highly recommend it for its excellent value for money.
